What We Do

We investigate How is life in the way of Quantitative biology and Systems biology to answer What can make a system lifelike? It is another expression of What is life for us.

Microfluidics

We develop/fabricate/use microfluidic device.

Intracellular Temperature Detection

We use Qdots, modified GFP, IR laser to control cellular level temperature.

Image Processing

We love optics, taking bioimaging, and analyse them.

Evolution & Adaptation

We use model bacteria, which turn over quickly, to investigate evolution and adaptation.

Network Analyses

We build and analyse biological molecular networks.
